LUSH LIVING
We acknowledge the Dharawal People. The traditional custodians of the land and waters of which this landscape sits.
The scope of works included a swimming pool and spa, multiple entertaining and play spaces for a young, active family, outdoor kitchen and dining, privacy from neighbouring properties, but most importantly to create the feeling of a tropical holiday – at home.
Materiality was kept simple, bright and clean. Using porcelain tiles and composite timbers to achieve lower maintenance requirements. White insitu-concrete was used to create the outdoor kitchen and island bench. White pool tile selected to create the illusion of a pale blue pool.

Generous garden spaces allowed for the layering of sub-tropical plant species. Existing Frangipanis and Kentia Palms were transplanted to new locations in the garden. And an advanced Pandanus Palm transported down from the Sunshine Coast to create a focal point in the rear of the garden.
