A GARDEN'S EVOLUTION
We acknowledge the Cammeraygal People. The traditional custodians of the land and waters of which this landscape sits.
This was a unique opportunity to further develop the existing gardens of one of Mosman’s most icon homes. With the grounds originally designed by renowned Australian designer Peter Fudge.
The new owners brief was to create more usable spaces suited to their lifestyle, while introducing a contemporary material and planting palette that remained sympathetic to the traditional qualities and character of the home. Entertaining areas off the house were extended with the integration of a new servery and dining space. An outdoor cooking zone was then positioned to link the upper and lower gardens. The pool area was also re-worked to provide space for poolside lounging.
