MALLERAY GARDENS
We acknowledge the Cammeraygal people, the traditional custodians of the land and waters on which this landscape sits.
Working alongside Trend Constructions, our aim for this Mosman garden was to create an open and flexible space that complemented the existing Federation home. The garden retains traditional qualities which are sympathetic to the character of the area and blends them together with contemporary features.
Towering, curved sandstone walls help to address multiple level changes and create elevated viewing platforms from which to observe the garden. Manicured lawns offer plenty of room for kids to play while established boundary planting provides much needed privacy. Polished concrete, recycled brick, detailed carpentry and sandstone paving and walling make up the majority of the built elements.

Mature olive trees were craned into site and set into the paving as a centrepiece. Established Lilly Pilly hedges were also craned into place to provide instant privacy. This once, quaint cottage on the Lower North Shore of Sydney has been transformed into a stunning family home.
