Turramurra
A NORTH SHORE GARDEN
Located in Turramurra, this project was designed as a classic Sydney North Shore garden with a contemporary twist.
Subtle level changes that harness the flow of the site's existing slopes help to spatially define the garden, with the swimming pool, rear lawn and alfresco area organised across a split-level design. Clean lines, uncomplicated material choices, and a simple colour palette ensure the garden remains balanced and timeless.
This classic design focus continues into the planting selections, with traditional favourites Ornamental Pears, Viburnum, Topiary Buxus and English Ivy working in tandem with their architectural counterparts, Bromeliad, Furcraea and Agave. Further integration of a herb garden in the sun-soaked back corner of the property provides the opportunity for more engagement with the garden.
