The Syzygium paniculata 'Backyard Bliss' is a reliable screen plant that casts varying colours and produces attractive seasonal flowers. This Australian native has created the stunning backdrop to many of our garden's. 


The Backyard Bliss is a fast growing hedging plant that will give you close to immediate results. The key is maintenance with this one, they need a haircut in late winter before the new growth starts and a general trim throughout the year to keep it tidy. The new foliage is an attractive orange and bronze colour that deepens with age. The Backyard Bliss is a versatile species that grows in many regions of Australia. From the temperate climate of Melbourne through to Sydney and up to the sub-tropical areas of Brisbane to Cairns.
